These Terms of Service set out the core rules for using BambuBee, including account requirements, subscription terms, acceptable use, and legal provisions.
1. Parties and Acceptance
These Terms govern the relationship between BambuBee and the parent/legal guardian using the app. By downloading the app or creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
2. Service Description
BambuBee is an educational app designed for children ages 3-6.

3. Account Requirements
- →You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account.
- →Your account is intended for your child under parental supervision.
- →You are responsible for account security and proper use.
- →One account may include multiple child profiles.
4. Subscription and Payment
Free access: Some content may be available without registration or subscription.
Paid plan: Premium content requires monthly or annual subscription.
Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before period end.
Cancel: App Store Subscriptions or Google Play Subscriptions.
Refunds: Apple/Google refund policies apply. Support: support@bambubee.com
5. Parental Responsibility and Child Safety
- →You are responsible for your child's appropriate use of the app.
- →Parental verification is required for sensitive actions.
- →You can set daily screen-time limits.
- →The app does not provide social messaging between children.
6. Acceptable Use
The following actions are prohibited:
- →Attempting to reverse engineer the app
- →Copying, distributing, or commercially using content without permission
- →Actions that may harm the system or other users
- →Using another person's account without permission
- →Submitting misleading or false information
7. Intellectual Property
All app content, visuals, audio files, software, and designs are owned by BambuBee or its licensors. You are granted a limited personal, non-commercial license only.
8. Service Changes and Interruptions
- →We may modify content, features, or pricing with prior notice.
- →Temporary interruptions may occur for technical reasons.
- →If service is permanently discontinued, notice is provided at least 30 days in advance.
9. Account Deletion
You may delete your account in Settings. Personal data is permanently removed within 30 days after a deletion request.
Important Deleting your account does not automatically cancel active subscriptions; cancellation must be completed via App Store or Google Play.
10. Limitation of Liability
BambuBee makes no warranty for completeness or fitness of content for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect damages. Total liability is limited to subscription fees paid in the prior 12 months.
11. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by Turkish law. Disputes shall be resolved by the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul, Turkiye.
12. Changes and Contact
Material updates are notified via in-app message or email. Continued use after updates means acceptance of the revised Terms.
